Balsamic Reduction

1.5 cups balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup of brown sugar (give or take)

1. Bring vinegar to a boil, turn down the heat and let it simmer.

2. When it reduces by half, add a small amount of brown sugar.Keep adding slowly, stirring constantly.

3. Simmer until the mixture thickens, testing to see if it sticks to a wooden spoon.

4. Cool and refrigerate to thicken further.
