2 tblsp organic unsweetenend coconut flakes (or fresh coconut meat if available)
1 tblsp chia seed
1 tblsp organic raw cacao nibs
½ tblsp raw wheat germ
1 scoop unflavored whey protein powder (such as Natural Factors)
¾ cup coconut water
½ banana (optional)
